Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.

REPLACEMENT

We also have a Zero Leaks and Zero Defects Guarantee. If you experience any water leak or other defect, we will replace any defective units within 2 weeks for the first year (our warranty period). 

WARRANTY

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use and that comply with the operating instructions provided. During the warranty period, Zero Wellness, Inc. will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product or parts at no additional cost to the customer. 

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or failure due to:

• Installation, operation, or maintenance contrary to our written instructions.

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to the wear of filters.

• Misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or commercial use.

• Non-performance related damage, e.g., Cosmetic damage

• Damage due to weather related / outdoor use

• Damage or failure This warranty does not cover any failure of the product due to any force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods), war, terrorism, strikes, and governmental actions.
